KILL DEVIL HILLS, NC—Yvonne Lynne Palmer passed away peacefully October 28, 2022 at 1:00, at the age of 62.

Yvonne worked for Cherry Carpet & Flooring before starting a career working in the medical field. Her last job was at the OBX Hospital in the Oncology Department, where she was the receptionist. The patients were always welcomed with her smile!

Left behind are her husband of 30 years, Dennis; her daughter Melissa; son Russell; Dennis's son Ryan, his wife Tina and their two children Matthew and Zoe; daughter Alyson, her husband Fred, and their daughter Laney; many sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews; and, most important, her mother Linda and step father Dick.

A graveside service will take place 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 17, at Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Rd., Suffolk. Condolences may be registered at BWFosterFuneralHome.com.
