CAPRON – Willis Hargroves Walker, 68, passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018 in Richmond, VA.  He was born on August 18, 1949, in Portsmouth, to the late Lee Wood Walker, Jr. and Reed Hargroves Walker.

Willis graduated from Augusta Military Academy in 1971 and retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard in 2008, after a 34-year career.

In addition to his parents, Willis was predeceased by his brother John.  He leaves behind his wife, Marilyn; stepdaughter Melissa DiFonzo (Mike); granddaughter Skylar; siblings Lee Walker III (Donna), Mary-Reed Journee (Richard), Thomas Walker (Pat), Quill Hodges (David); many nieces and nephews; and his faithful companion, Snickers.
