Timothy Aaron Harrell, Sr. 53, passed away on October 26, 2015.
He was born in Portsmouth, raised in Park Manor, played baseball at Olive Branch and was an Honor Graduate of Manor High School. Tim was a carpenter, the owner and operator of Garage Unlimited for many years. He never said a bad word about anyone, loved the Dallas Cowboys, fishing and crabs. His family meant the world to him. Tim was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include his parents, Timothy A. and Verna Facenda Bradshaw; his son, Timothy A. Harrell, Jr.; his son's mother, Theresa Prue Harrell; his father, Richard C. Harrell, Sr.; a sister, Sharon Pope Turner and husband John; two brothers, Richard C. Harrell, Jr. and Kenneth A. Bradshaw; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He had many friends, far too many to mention, although he would have wanted us to.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 29, 2015 in St. Paul Catholic Church, 522 High St., Portsmouth, VA by the Rev. Anthony Morris. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake. Memorial donations may be made to Oasis Social Ministry, 800 Williamsburg Ave., Portsmouth, VA 23704.
