Rosemary Anne Oliver, 73, passed away July 13, 2021. She was born in Portsmouth to the late Paul W. and Alice Bartlett Carl.

Rosemary's first priority was always her family. She was a homemaker who enjoyed bird-watching, scrapbooking, cardmaking, and taking cruises with her husband and friends.

Rosemary is survived by her husband, Lawrence W. (Dick) Oliver; brother James B. (Jim) Carl; daughter Amy Oliver Gaspar (Joe); son Steven Paul Oliver (Melissa); and beloved grandchildren Kalyn (Taylor), Cassidy, Sutton, Matthew, Nicholas, and Alexandra; and great-grandson, Anders.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 15, at Foster Funeral Home, 1926 High Street, Portsmouth. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 16, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 522 High Street, Portsmouth, followed immediately by burial at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Chesapeake.
