PORTSMOUTH- Peggy Kilby Rayl died on May 7, 2018. She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. David Rayl.

Peggy is survived by her sisters, Martha Allison and husband George, and Adrian Wang and husband Wenjong; her brother Ronn and wife Marti; and sisters-in-law Nancy Costello and Suzanne Seebald.

Very special to her were her nieces and nephews, Kathryne and Jesse Crowe, David Allison, Sean and Angelique Kilby, Tim Costello, Ann and Brian Chalfant, Scott and Janet Seebald, and Craig and Carla Seebald.

Extra special to her were her grand-nieces and nephews, Gibson Crowe, Armand, Amelie and Ava Kilby, Mike, Jack and Tommy Chalfant, and Matthew and Savarin Seebald.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 11, at Foster Funeral Home, 1926 High Street, Portsmouth. In lieu of flowers, donations to Every Woman's Life, 1033-28th Street, Newport News, VA 23607, would be appreciated. Condolences may be registered at BWFosterFuneralHome.com.
