PORTSMOUTH—Nancy Boyce Neville, 100, passed away April 10, 2021. She was born in Woodland, NC to the late James Elwood and Annie Vincent Boyce.

Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Henry Willis Neville III, a daughter, Betsy Neville McElfresh, and a granddaughter, Laura Neville. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Neville McCord; three sons: Henry Willis Neville IV (Ashley), Wendell C. Neville (Jean), and Richard Baugham Neville; a sister, Anne Eastes; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

There will be a graveside service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 17, at Oak Grove Cemetery, Peninsula Ave., Portsmouth. Condolences may be registered at BWFosterFuneralHome.com.
