Mary Carol Oliver, 77, of Afton Parkway, passed away April 12, 2014.

Mrs. Oliver, a native of Meadow Creek, West Virginia, was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Theodore "Teddy" Oliver, Jr.; four children, Harry Samuel Rhoades III (Kim), Mark Anthony Rhoades (Wendy), Terri Jones (Edward), Kathy Horner (Bill); eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Sonny Townsley (Peggy), and D.L. Townsley (Jackie).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Monday, April 21, at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk. Following the burial, the family will receive friends at a reception at the church.
