VIRGINIA BEACH--Martha Jo Phillips, 60, passed away November 29, 2021. She was born in Norfolk to the late Brady and Alma Wilhelm.

In addition to her parents, Martha is predeceased by her brother, Brady Wilhelm. She is survived by her partner, William Gregory; her children, Brittany Fulford and husband, Jamie Fulford, Nicholas Phillips and wife, Daniela Phillips, and Katie Styons and husband, Ryan Styons; her brother David and wife, Terry; grandson Carter Fulford; and nieces Meredith and Allison and their families.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 18 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 8100 Granby St., Norfolk. Condolences may be registered at BWFosterFuneralHome.com.
