PORTSMOUTH- Margaret "Kay" Katherine Revell (Sister Vincent Eileen), 76, passed away November 19, 2018 in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

A retired high school Religion teacher and guidance counselor, she touched many lives during her years of service in Catholic schools in both Virginia and Maryland.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents, James and Eileen Revell, and two sisters, Eileen and Genevieve. She is survived by her sister Elizabethann Loffredo; nieces Erin Pepperman and Annie Loffredo; nephews Louis Bulnes, Brice Partain, and Paul Loffredo; as well as many great-nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 12:00 noon Saturday, December 1, at All Saints Catholic Cemetery, 2701 Elm Ave., Portsmouth. Memorial Masses will be welcome in lieu of flowers. Condolences may be registered at BWFosterFuneralHome.com.
