PORTSMOUTH—Lou Jane Aycock Early, 87, of Portsmouth, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.

Born in Aurelian Springs, NC, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Pearl Aycock.  She was also predeceased by her brothers Gordon Aycock, Bernice Aycock, Palmer Aycock, Shelby Aycock and Dolly Aycock; her sister Hazel Aycock Critcher; and her granddaughter Jessica Glover.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sherry Early and Sheila Glover (Smokey), and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was retired from Rite-Aid and a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church in Portsmouth, VA.
