Linda Ann  Walski

PORTSMOUTH - Linda Ann Walski, 70 years of age, passed away in her home on September 15, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Ann Hunt Yerabek Lindner and Frank J. Yerabek of Portsmouth, Virginia.

Linda is survived by her loving husband, Frank Anthony Walski, her three children: David A. Walski and his wife, Jamie, Joseph A. Walski and his wife, Stephanie, and Karyn A. Hirsch and her husband, Marty; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, whom she dearly loved. Survivors also include a sister, Cathy Culpepper and her husband, Jimmy and a brother, Frankie Yerabek III and his wife Bonnie. Her uncle Ralph Hunt and wife Barbara and many nieces and Nephews.

A graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Class of 1970, Linda also studied at Old Dominion University and graduated 1993 Cum Laude.

In her personal time, Linda enjoyed time with the family, gathering with her card club girls, and special outings with her grandchildren. Linda was an excellent seamstress, a tailor to the family, a meticulous crafter. She was a keen scrabble player and the hostess of the Best Annual Halloween party in Portsmouth.

A memorial service will be held at the B.W. Foster Funeral Home, 1926 High Street, Portsmouth Virginia 23704 on Wednesday September 21, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. Internment will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, 4569 Shoulders Hill Road, Suffolk Virginia.
