PORTSMOUTH-  Lamar J. Schlegel, 80, passed into eternal rest March 8, 2019 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Janice, his beloved daughter, Barbara, and beloved grandson, Mason. He was a good and kind man who will be missed by those who loved him.
