Joshua Laurence Wilkins, 26, passed away December 12, 2014 in a Norfolk hospital.

Joshua was born in Portsmouth, VA, the son of Bryan L. Wilkins and Janie Gizara Wilkins.

Besides his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Jeremy B. Wilkins and wife Katherine of Kill Devil Hills, NC, Jonathan L. Wilkins of Broadway, VA; uncles and aunts, Ed and Eleanor Wilkins, Don and Alice Wilkins, Gene and Martha Gizara, Mike Gizara, Gary and Mary Jo Lawson, Bill and Annette McGrath; four nephews and one niece. He is also survived by his fiancee Talhia Parker and her daughter Nadia.

A Rosary Service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17 at Foster Funeral Home, 1926 High St., Portsmouth. A Traditional Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at 8:30 a.m. Thursday Dec. 17 at St. Augustine Chapel, 12083 Smiths Neck Rd., Carrollton, VA and a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18 at the funeral home, followed by burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Suffolk.
