Jennifer Hancock Dawley, 56, of Ocean Springs, MS, formerly of Virginia Beach, VA died Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Jennifer was born on October 29, 1957 to Thomas Chapple "Chap" and Nina Hancock. She was a Christian woman who enjoyed fishing and had a passion for the beach. She was a devoted daughter who enjoyed taking care of her mother. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Chapple and Nina Hancock.

She is survived by her husband, Chuck Dawley; two sons, SGT. Charles Anderson (Jessica) and Tommy Anderson; daughter, Brooke Knight (Ken); two brothers, Tommy and Billy Hancock; sister, Kathy Grillo (Sam); six grandchildren, Jacob Knight, Faith Knight, Mason Knight, Sadie Anderson, Audrey Knight, and Lennon Anderson, and her lifelong friend of 48 years, Jan Reed.
