Frances Virginia Kincaid 94 passed away peacefully on Saturday April 22, 2017.
She will be missed deeply by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by 1 son Anthony Kincaid (Beth); 3 daughters Deborah Mattox (Rick), Cynthia Allen (Rick), Sue Snell (Tim), 9 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Frances lived in Portsmouth most of her 94 years. She loved sitting on her front porch spending time with family and friends.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday evening April 26, 2017 from 6:00 - 7:00 P.M. at Foster Funeral Home on High Street in Portsmouth. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday April 27, 2017 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Portsmouth.
