SUFFOLK - Emiliano "Emil" Morales Moster, 87, passed away January 6, 2021 at home surrounded by his devoted wife of 55 years, Rosalie Moster, and others in his loving family. He was born in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines, to the late Pedro Guzmas Moster and Maria Morales Moster.
Emil joined the Navy in December 1958, and he became a naturalized US citizen in November 1971. He met and married his wife, Rosalie, while still in the Navy in Baltimore, MD. He had other manager positions at the Breezy Point Officers Club and Nansemond Suffolk Academy Cafeteria before settling down to working part-time as a Barber at the Scott Center Annex Barber Shop. When he finally retired entirely, he could often be found fishing at the Naval Base, Sandbridge or the Outer Banks. Once Rosalie retired, they were often off fishing together.
In addition to his parents, Emil is predeceased by his brothers Felipe Morales Moster, Aniano Morales Moster, Reynaldo Morales Moster; his sisters Concepcion Morales Moster and Norma Morales Moster; and his grandson, Kai Jordan Moster. He is survived by his wife, Rosalie Tormollan Moster; his children, Maria Moster, Emil Moster (Kathryn), and Theresa Moster Boyce (Chad); sisters Praxedes Morales Moster Mesias, Corazon Morales Moster Porter, and Zenaida Morales Moster Noriega; and four grandchildren: Emiliano Michael Moster, Kirstin Moster Raney (Kyle), Noah Toy Moster, and Cara Rose Boyce.
