The world and our family has lost a devoted and beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.  Dorothy was the heart and rock of her family and will be greatly missed.

Dorothy is survived by her children, J.P. Jankowski and Jodi Jankowski; her granddaughter Beth Cowart; and 4 great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sister, Irene Denton and her niece, Terry Garrison.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Jankowski; a son, Christopher Mark Jankowski; her parents Nellie Cisek and Adam Pianowski; and her stepfather, John Cisek.

A service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 8, at the Meadowbrook Mausoleum Chapel in Suffolk, VA. Condolences may be registered at BWFosterFuneralHome.com.
