SUFFOLK – Charlotte Tweed Brummer, 89, of Lake Prince Woods, Suffolk, died January 25, 2021. She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia, on July 3, 1931 to the late Raymond and Evelyn Grubbs Tweed.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Ramon, as well as her only child, Cynthia Lynn Brummer.
