SUFFOLK—Blanche Dragan Jastrebsky, 94, passed away March 23, 2022. She was born in Norfolk County to the late Frank and Edith Kruszewski Dragan

She was a graduate of Deep Creek HS and the first full class of DePaul Hospital as part of the US Nurses Corps WWll. She worked for over 30 years as an RN at Portsmouth General and Maryview Hospitals.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Victor, and her brother, Frank Dragan. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Shirah; her son, Kevin; her granddaughter, Kristin Satterfieled(Gilbert); 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 1, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 3920 Airline Blvd., Chesapeake. Condolences may be registered at BWFosterFuneralHome.com.
