Beverly (Bev) W. Perrine, born August 21, 1949, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019.

A native of Portsmouth, Virginia, Bev is survived by her son, Richard D. Blake, and her granddaughter, Kylie Blake and Kylie's brother, Tyler Romanelli. She is also survived by her step children, Kelly Haton, Eric Perrine and Michael Perrine.

Bev was the daughter of the late Thurman and Hilda Williams of Portsmouth. Bev is also survived by 5 siblings: Thurman Williams, Jr. (Mary) of Alpine, CA, Vickie Parker (Winston) of Chesapeake, Lynn Johnson (Charlie) of Chesapeake, Jerry Williams of Tavares, FL and Tony Williams (Carol) of Seabrook, TX

A celebration of life for family and friends will be held Saturday, January 11, 2020 beginning at 2:00 p.m. as an open visitation at the home of Ricky Blake in Carrollton, 23049 Quail Covey Court.
