Arrie Ann Williams, 67, passed away Saturday December 13, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Bernice C., Sr. and Virginia R. Williams and was predeceased by a daughter Shannon Gayle and brother Bernice C. Williams, Jr.

She is survived by her two children Kara Janelle Bowman and Daniel F. Bowman; one brother, Michael L. Williams; three grandchildren; and Mary Hilburn.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday December 17, 2014 in B.W. Foster Funeral Home, 1926 High Street, Portsmouth. Burial will follow at All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Portsmouth.
