Bart T. Foster
Bart T. Foster Bart is a native of Norfolk County and a retired chief hospital corpsman from the U. S. Naval Reserves. Married with three children, he attended Old Dominion University and graduated summa cum laude from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is active in the Rotary Club of Portsmouth, Knights of Columbus #418, Elks Lodge #82, the Church of the Resurrection, the National Funeral Directors Association and the Association of Independent Funeral Homes of Virginia. He currently serves as the President of B. W. Foster Funeral Home.

Brian P. Foster Sr.
Brian is a resident of Portsmouth, and a 1976 graduate of John Tyler Community College with an associate degree in mortuary science. Brian is active in the Portsmouth Lions Club, Knights of Columbus #418, St. Paul's Catholic Church, the National Funeral Directors Association, Virginia Funeral Directors Association and the Association of Independent Funeral Homes of Virginia. He currently serves as the Vice-President/Treasurer of B.W. Foster Funeral Home.

Shirley W. Foster
Shirley, a native of Wichita Falls, Texas, grew up in Richmond and Virginia Beach. She is a graduate of Princess Anne High School and a former licensed beautician. She has over 35 years experience in mortuary cosmetology and is well know for the expert and loving manner with which she prepares ladies for viewing, visitation and burial. She is married to Bart Foster and together they have three grown children and recently became first-time grandparents. She currently serves as the Secretary of B.W. Foster Funeral Home.
